Teakline began as a two-man joinery bench in Pudu and has grown into one of Kuala Lumpur's most trusted custom furniture workshops. We have delivered more than 1,100 projects for homes, offices, hotels and retail spaces across the Klang Valley — many of them alongside the interior design firms our clients appoint.
What has never changed is how we work: real carpenters, real hardwood and board materials we would put in our own homes, and a fixed itemised quote before we cut a single panel.
Our senior joiners each carry 15+ years at the bench. Craft is hired, trained and kept in-house.

Questions we hear most often
How much does custom furniture cost in Malaysia?
It depends on size, materials and finishing. As a guide, a built-in wardrobe typically starts from around RM2,800 and kitchen cabinets from RM4,500. You'll always receive a free, itemised quotation before committing to anything.
Do you have your own workshop?
Yes — every piece is produced in our own carpentry workshop in Kuala Lumpur. Controlling fabrication ourselves is how we keep quality high and prices sensible.
How long does a custom furniture project take?
Most single pieces are completed within 2–4 weeks from design sign-off. Full home or office fit-outs usually run 4–8 weeks depending on scope and site readiness.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Kuala Lumpur and the wider Klang Valley — Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang and surrounding areas. Larger projects further afield are welcome too.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Our in-house designers prepare drawings and 3D previews as part of every project, and we're comfortable working from your interior designer's plans as well.
What warranty do you offer?
Every Teakline build carries a 5-year structural warranty on workmanship and joinery, plus a 1-year warranty on hardware and finishes. Warranty terms are printed on your invoice.
