Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotations issued and orders accepted by Teakline Interiors Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202001027431 (1382609-P)) ("Teakline"). Placing a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. Quotations

Quotations are itemised, free of charge within the Klang Valley, and valid for thirty days. Prices assume site conditions as observed at measurement; concealed obstacles (uneven walls, hidden piping, hollow partitions) discovered later may require a documented variation, which we will price before proceeding.

2. Deposits and payment

Orders are confirmed with a fifty percent deposit. A further forty percent is due when fabrication is complete and photographed for your approval, and the final ten percent upon installation and handover. We accept bank transfer, DuitNow and major cards.

3. Design approval

Production begins only after you approve the final drawings and material selections in writing. Changes requested after approval may affect price and schedule; we will confirm both in writing before acting on any change.

4. Timelines

Estimated completion dates are given in good faith and are usually kept. Where delay arises from causes within our control, we will propose a remedy; where it arises from site unreadiness, late selections or third-party contractors, the schedule shifts accordingly. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delay.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation within the Klang Valley are included unless the quotation states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring lift access, parking arrangements and management approvals where applicable. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.

6. Natural materials

Timber is a natural product. Variations in grain, colour and small mineral marks are characteristics, not defects, and finishes may mellow with age and light exposure. We match samples as closely as workmanship allows.

7. Warranty

Structural elements and joinery are warranted for five years from handover, hardware and finishes for one year, as detailed in our return and refund policy. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic or specified commercial use.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel before design approval for a full refund of your deposit less any completed site-visit costs. After production begins, materials cut to your specification cannot be resold; cancellation charges will reflect work done and materials committed.
