From LOI to launch day
Most commercial engagements start with your floor plan and a target date. We respond with a costed proposal within two working days, then hold a single design workshop to lock materials and details. Fabrication runs in our KL workshop with photo updates at each milestone, and installation is sequenced with your other contractors so handover happens once — clean, aligned and ready for staff on day one.
For interior design firms: we quote from your drawings without redrawing fees, flag buildability issues early, and stay invisible to your client if that's how you prefer to work.
